Here at The Windmill, we have two spaces available for private hire: our Upstairs Room and our Roof Terrace.

Both spaces can accommodate up to 40 guests, making them perfect for intimate celebrations. For bigger parties, we are able to book the entire space for up to 70 guests.

We have a variety of set menu options, from classic pub food to fine dining. There’s always room for movement, so if you would like to mix and match from different set menus, our team will do their best to accommodate this.

Low Pie

Tucked behind the main bar on the lower ground floor you’ll find an extension of the main pub that’s perfect for parties. Whether dining or drinks parties, the space has it’s own private bar and lively atmosphere from the main pub.

Roof Terrace

Our quaint roof terrace tucked away on the first floor is the perfect spot for a summer soiree. Fitted with awnings and heaters in case the Great British weather doesn’t play ball, it can be used all year round.

How can I secure a date for my booking?

To secure a booking we will require a deposit or card authentication depending on the date and time of your booking as well as number of guests.

Can we pre-order food and drinks?

Of course, we do require any food and drinks pre-orders a minimum of 7 days prior to your booking.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

We do not allow external food and drinks on site, but birthday or celebration cakes are welcome.

Can I have live music or DJ?

Yes you can or you can plug a device into our sound system to play your own music.
